Cheryl first visits to Vero Beach were when she was a child growing up in Central Florida and her parents would bring her to enjoy the serene Indian River and the beautiful beaches. Cheryl attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a BA in Education. After many years of teaching school and working for the CDC she decided to conquer the world of real estate in the late 70's. While living in Miami she received the honor of Women in Business award. A decade later she and her husband moved to Vero Beach where Cheryl has become one of the top real estate Brokers. Cheryl is very involved in our community and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Humane Society, President of the South Beach Property Owners Association, Board of Directors of the Barrier Island Coalition and a member of the Beach and Shores Commission of Indian River County.

Candice grew up in Miami, Florida and attended the University of Miami and graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. After working many years in accounting and finance she obtained her real estate license in 1988. Candice has three children, two in college and one in high school. Candice was very involved in her children's schools heading up PTA committees as Treasurer and President and was a part of raising funds for various school programs.

She has worked in real estate in Miami Beach, Sewalls Point and throughout the Treasure Coast. As well as being a real estate agent Candice has had the opportunity to purchase, renovate and sell real estate of her own. She is able to offer her clients interested in buying or selling real estate her many years of experience.

Randy recently relocated to Vero Beach from the Washington D.C. area where he was a senior manager with the Northrop Grumman Corporation, a Fortune 100 company. He received his B.S. from the United States Air Force Academy and M.S. from the Air Force Institute of Technology. During his military career, he held a variety of leadership and staff assignments before retiring in the grade of Lieutenant Colonel. Following his Air Force career, he held positions in business development and project management with Northrop Grumman. In his last job with the company, he was responsible for integrating the corporate "Enterprise Excellence" Six Sigma/Lean initiative into the Mission Systems business sector. Randy got involved in real estate through his sister, Laurie, and joined the Palm Pointe team in early 2006. He currently resides in the Sea Oaks community in Vero Beach and enjoys playing tennis.

Leslie London is a Vero Beach native and has been married for eighteen years and has three children. Leslie has lived in Atlanta and most recently, Ireland. In Atlanta she worked as a Real Estate Paralegal for eight years and brings a wealth of knowledge to her clients to navigate the legal intricacies of their Real Estate transactions. She has a BA from Mercer University in Psychology and her paralegal certification from the National Center of Paralegal training in Atlanta, Georgia. Leslie is a very active volunteer in Vero Beach and is Secretary for the Riverside Children's Theatre, volunteer coordinator for the Festival of Trees and she co-chairs the Tour of Homes for the Junior League. Jeff Merrick has joined Palm Pointe Realty as a Broker Associate. Jeff was formerly Sales Executive at The Estuary in Indian River Shores and prior to that Director of Sales at the Bermuda Club on the north Barrier Island. Jeff and his wife Kathy, a teacher at Vero Beach High School, moved to Vero Beach from Boulder, Colorado in 2001 where Jeff was with Coldwell Banker specializing in that area's luxury home market. Jeff holds a Bachelor and Master degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and has nearly 30 years of high level corporate management experience with companies including A T & T, Snap-On Tools and Sun Microsystems.

Franca Palladino Ramdev joined Palm Pointe Realty after relocating from Miami, Florida where she worked in commercial and residential real estate. In addition to her real estate license, Franca has an M.B.A. from the Rochester Institute of Technology and an M.Ed. from Boston University. After her studies in Boston, Franca worked for a foundation raising funds from the private sector for public school reform. Following business school, Franca worked as a small business marketing consultant.

Born and raised in Rome Italy, Franca comes from a multi-cultural family and is fluent in English, Italian, Russian, French and Spanish. Bob Richey lives in Sebastian with his wife Michele and two sons. He is a graduate of Flagler College and is a native of Manasquan, NJ. Bob moved to Sebastian after visiting his brother in Vero Beach for twenty years and deciding this was where he wanted to raise his family. He has over twenty year's sales experience mostly with Anheuser-Busch as a sales representative and with Rexall-Sundown as a Territory Manager of the Mid-Atlantic States. Most recently he was an on-site Sales Consultant with Mercedes Homes and GL Homes in Vero Beach. Outside of work, Bob coached baseball for 20 years and his teams advanced to several NJ State tournaments. He currently is active in Sebastian Little League as an assistant. His interests include early morning workouts at The Sebastian Gym, all sports and spending time poolside and at beach with the family.

Sheila grew up in Indian River County which she often refers to as "paradise". Her family was in the construction business when in the late 50's this community was quickly becoming one of the most desired destinations.
