Getting Around Town

Oceanside
Beachland Blvd (SR 60) is the central point - the East/West roads to the South are all named after flowers, alphabetically, Azalea, Bougainvillea etc.. North of Beachland Blvd, the East/West roads are all named after trees, alphabetically Acacia, Banyan etc.

Bridges
There are two main bridges in town which connect to the mainland - 17th Street Bridge and Barber Bridge (SR 60). A third bridge is available at the Wabasso Causeway (CR 510).

On the Mainland
Streets, Places and Lanes run East/West, Avenues, Courts and Terraces run North/South.

Many of the roads in Vero Beach are not "through roads" - please make sure that you check the route to your destination before setting off on your journey
